No, still don't, I'm usually cleaning or doing little projects, organizing or running errands. Still just at night I watch tv from maybe 9-11 then go to sleep. |
!!! |
| Not real TV but I will sometimes put CNBC (financial "news") on. Just low volume background noise. |
I work out, read, cook, clean, shuttle my kids around to their activities, projects that we’ve put off, etc. I don’t know!! But what I do know is that it seems every day goes by and I don’t turn on the tv! |
| I’m doing busy work this week, so I’ll probably stream something fairly mindless in the background. I usually use the TV for Spotify while I work. |
|
No but I have the radio (non commercial music stations) on all day while I work.
My husband has TV on constantly while he works. |
+1 same. |
| I do. I need to find a PT job or hobby before I literally melt into the couch. |
start decluttering, start reading, go for a walk, bake something...find something to do right now. |
| no! |
|
On the weekends, if I'm binging something or there is a sports event.
|
|
On weekdays I turn on the Young & Restless while I eat lunch. Usually I eat and check email and check DCUM or Reddit so I’m halfway listening to the show. On weekends I might watch something during the day if the weather is bad.
I turn on the morning news shows during breakfast, again halfway listening. Usually it’s background noise unless an interesting story or the weather report. |
| I WFH I never watch TV during the workday. And on weekends, I don't typically watch TV during the day either. When I sit down to watch TV, my day just kind of disappears. For entertainment during the weekends, I listen to audiobooks or podcasts. That way, I can continue doing what I need to do and I'm not tied to a room and a TV. |
| Nope. I listen to audiobooks when doing household tasks. I only watch tv before bed. |
| I am the poster above, who does not watch TV during the day. Before you think I'm holier than thou, I stream heavily at night. |
