Tests are good, am I in perimenopause?

Your PCP does not know what he is talking about. Those hormone tests are only a snapshot in time. Your hormones could be very different just a few hours later. Go talk to a gynecologist who is a menopause practitioner or a certified menopause specialist (most of them aren't, so you need to ask).
