I miss the good ole days of gossip: Page Six, Perez, etc

I think the issue is that gossip sites used to be just that - gossip and everyone would just comment on the gossip pages. But now with social media, people read that, are convinced it is real and send nasty comments and death threats and try and ruin people's lives, businesses etc.

So it isn't fun. People can't just keep it to the gossip sites - they take it out into the real world and are just horrible people.

A lot of women today are objectifying their own bodies. Men aren't making them dress like trash with fake books, bloated lips, and balloon butts in skin tight clothes.

I totally agree - they're choosing to take all the selfies posing in bikinis and underwear and posting them on social media. Why though? Why do they want that kind of attention? Ever notice the actresses at the top of their game aren't doing that? Anne Hathaway, Emily Blunt, Soirse (sp?) Ronan, Emilia Clark, Zendaya, Emma Stone, Scarlett Johannsen, Margot.Robbie, etc. Nobody's great body is better than anyone else's great body - why don't they realize substance is more important than looks?

Yeah this is a big part of it too. It's supposed to be fun and just that. Gossip. Yet now every headline. It's pretty of ridiculous

Also now people use AI to create deep fake “evidence” of celebrity wrong doing just to create gossip. It’s not fun anymore.

The coverage is diluted by including people many people have never heard of or don’t care about.

Agree with this. TMZ will post about an influencer dying and I'm like "who's that?" A reality "star" getting a DUI and it's some person on a show I've never even heard of.
. TMZ is propped up by conservatives. Keep that in mind and you’ll notice patterns in their reporting.

I used to love reading the Enty Lawyer blind items. Now that I’ve had to interact with some of the celebs he frequently writes about for work and have realized what he writes is completely made up the thrill is really gone. Also all the commenters are hardcore MAGA now.

I found out about it a few years ago, on Twitter, while searching for a celebrity. It’s pretty mean spirited, & not very helpful outside of the gossip, but there is threads dating back to the early 2000s and alot of what’s discussed doesn’t become big news.

Lipstickalley (mostly black women) and www.Datalounge.com (mostly gay men) usually have all the gossip years before stuff comes out.

In this 2022 thread, they mention Busfield being a pedophile twice, first from the teen lawsuit, and then discussing a NYT profile on the couple.
"So they want M(r) Pedophile himself, Pete Townsend, to visit? He and Busfield should get along great."

Also, what about https://www.crazydaysandnights.net/ ?

Straight up knew with my own eyes, and he spun it wrong and like an insane conspiracy

The other posts are what keeps people away from Fauxmoi.

Some are starting to it seems. Did you see Robbie’s dress last summer at the premiere of her Bold Beautiful Journey film? Sheer dress. Ass out. I’m like she’s an accomplished actor and producer. Why did she wear that?

Ugh. Enty's blinds are always so obviously bogus. He was really the best?

I learned about Epstein years before the story broke in the media from that site. I’ll always follow him.

Fauxmoi and deuxmoi apparently hate each but together have the lowest IQ readership of any Reddit sub I have ever seen, quite a feat.

DeuxMoi is bland. WHERE can I sip some hot tea, people?

Follow them on Instagram. They tell you everything you need to know anyways

There is also Tattle Life. Kind of like another Lipstick Alley.
