Anyone watching Kennedy Center honors

It kind of puzzles me why Trump chose to zero in on the Kennedy Center in particular. He isn't fond of arts, he didn't give the center major $$$, he just likes his name on buildings but surely there are more appropriate targets?

And come to think of it, if he must, why wouldn't his name come second? Like Kennedy and Trump Center vs Trump and Kennedy?

Because the Kennedys (outside of RFK Jr.) apparently deplore this man and he is a spiteful petty child.

Everything Trump does is revenge for something else.

The only reason Trump is president is because Obama made fun of him at the correspondents dinner.

The Trump name will never be like the Kennedy name. Well, I personally think most of the Kennedy men are deplorable. The reality is they’ve done a bunch of amazing things mostly because of Eunice Kennedy Shriver.

Jealous, so he’s gonna destroy everything Kennedy. He released the Kennedy files, he tore up the rose garden, he renamed the Kennedy center, he nominated the psychopath RFK Junior.

Everything is because he’s jealous. I’m sure there’s some individual moments over the last 30 years that pissed him off that had to do with Kennedy‘s. We can’t name them all.

They had trouble attracting real talented artists to agree to perform at the Honors this year. I say this because I know people connected to the Kennedy Center Honors and they had a hard time getting talent to sign on to participe. I know people who were asked and said “no thank you.”

Trump is a man who is deeply insecure. He can’t stand the thought that people may be ambivalent towards him. He wants people to adore him but if they don’t or won’t do that he’d rather fight with them because that reassures him that he matters and exists.

I feel bad for him in that no sane person would ever choose to be him. But I feel worse for all of us—MAGA included—that he does what he does to all of us to make us pay attention and confirm his existence.
