I have these, too. They've been a staple in my winter wardrobe for years . . . warm and comfortable.

I love my Hermes Jump boots as my errand running knee highs. For more dressy occasions I have a classic pair of Manalos bought in the early aughts. Their quality can't be bought even in the same brand anymore.
