When did Nancy turn into Rambo? One regular sized monster could take out a platoon of army men, but Nancy took on the spider from Mars by herself.
The costume director really really hated the girl playing El. If Henry choose to be a monster, why was he so afraid of the cave? Was it Henry or the Army that built the wormhole to connect to that planet? How did Henry get the kids to that planet? How did they breathe on the planet? Where did the planet go and did no one else know that it was there? |
| What a waste of time. All these years spent watching this just to learn that accepting your gayness is very powerful. Lol |
The number of things he named that they all like was overboard and some of it didn’t even even make sense. Milkshakes at Melvade‘s? |
| The ending… I loved some of it but overall it was too meh. The only one to die was a minor character. Everyone got their happy ending. Except Mike and El. Surprised they didn’t write in a meet up somewhere. |
The “girl playing El” is Millie Bobby Brown, now a fairly recognizable actress thanks to Stranger Things. Is this your first time watching it? |
| Interesting that one of the most anticipated seasons of one of the most popular Netflix shows of all time has only three pages of comments, whereas the prospect of Angelina Jolie leaving the county (for example) has already generated seven pages. |
Whatever, her outfits were terrible. |
And her lips, was that filler? |
After the speach last episode they kind of got away from that. Last night was more about girl power, El suddenly got all her powers back, Nancy went Red Dawn, Max seemed to somehow have powers, Will's mom went Heathers. The guys were all there but only Murray contributed much value. |
Jonathan saved Steve, which wasn’t crucial to the plot, but Steve surviving was important to a lot of viewers. |
No chance that Jonathan caught him with one hand while he was in free fall. |
What do you mean about Max having powers? Did we watch the same show? |
Totally unbelievable. Given their focus on scientific accuracy, it ruined the story. |
She is dressed like the character Brand (played by Josh Brolin) from the 1985 movie, The Goonies. Agree it’s a terrible outfit, but in this case purposefully terrible. |
Because El is really dead. The story was a coping mechanism. |
