Dry cookies like biscotti, simple sugar cookies with sprinkles, gingersnaps, etc. No creamy cookies or rich cookies. Probably not chocolate.
Sprinkle nutmeg very lightly on top of eggnog.

I get the eggnog with liquor in it, and we drink it by itself, in the evening usually.
