This is S Korea too. Also Korean doctors know how to handle dealing with smaller noses that still need enhancement, and revisions. American doctors can take a big nose and make it small, and that’s about it.

I can't think of much scarier than going to some foreign country, where you know no one, don't speak the language or the hospital standards and letting them put you under AND cut on your face. It's scary enough in your own country and hometown. The whole thing would give me a panic attack.

You would be surprised at how much higher hospital standards are in Dubai, Bangkok and Korea than they are here in the USA. People expect the USA to be the best but in recent years, care has plummeted in the US and risen in many places overseas.
