There’s very little I won’t miss about the college application experience. It is miserable.

A few things stand out:

—agonizing over his Calculus AB grade in senior year

—his need to send a LOCI after he got deferred from ED to RD

—arguing with him over some of his essays (thankfully, not often)

—his senioritis, his Alfred E Newman, what? me worry? attitude, looking back, I should have been the same

He knew there were several places that would be good fits for him, while DW and I agonized through the whole process.
