The Gaslighting

I know, right? Remember these thugs who shot at police and threw rocks at them while "Defending the Forest" outside of Atlanta? I mean, for every example you post there is a counterexample.

Trump and every single flying monkey doing his bidding, are a cancer on this nation. This administration doesn’t care to govern just fleece and divide.

And sad sorry suckers like you are on here debating who did it worse. Best of luck to you. I see a massive case of depression or perhaps a death of despair in your future.

Today our leaders stated that political violence "is not a two sided problem", just a leftist one.

WHAT?

What about the MN assasinations? Gabby? Paul Pelosi?

What about J6? Pipebombs at the DNC? Firebombing Shapiro's house?

What about Charlottesville? Atlanta? The Pulse attack?

Political violence - and indeed societal violence - is a plague on our country, and its from all sides. And cancel culture is alive and well too, it would seem, this time from the Right.

I wish people could just be intellectually honest. Emotionally honest. We are all part of the problem and all need to do better. We need leaders to inspire is to be better.

Republicans can’t do better. They are unable to govern without lying, cheating, and threatening violence. They are animals.

You have that backwards. Look in the mirror.

Nope. You are a liar. MAGA deals only in lies and projection and we are sick of it.

What's crazy to me is that many on the right profess to be Christian and yet the political climate they are creating and/or embracing seems like a project to bring Sunni/Shia-level strife in the Middle East and South Asia to the United States.

What I don't understand is both the shooter and the roommate grew up Mormon in republican families. Same with a lot of other recent shooters. Why not look at that connection? Seems like not fitting in with a mold is causing these men to feel isolated.

The clear glee that Vance and Trump and the rest have for Kirk’s death is the creepiest of all. They’ve capitalized on it in record time.

J6?

What about FIVE MONTHS in the Summer of 2020 in dozens of cities?

Threads like this are so laughable.

Ah you mean the right wing Boogaloo Bois who turned peaceful protests into arsons and smashed storefronts, assaults on police precincts and cops murdered? YOUR side's violence and false flags?

Your gaslighting is duly noted. We all saw who created the vast majority of violent riots during 2020. Go right ahead and blame the handful of "false flags" - that's merely a drop in the bucket compared to the rioters, looters, and arsonists on the left who created the hellscape that was 2020. We all know how to google.

Most of us who actually marched didn’t see any violence. You’re focusing on the violence and not the overwhelming majority of people who protested — the ones who did so peacefully.

Much like the j6 protests then? Mostly peaceful. In reality the riots of 2020 killed 20+ people and caused a billion+ in property damages. The only person killed on j6 was an unarmed woman shot in the head by police.

Except that it was RWNJs who infiltrated those protests and committed violence. Check the arrest records. Then sit down and shut up.

It is so typical that you would claim ALL of those crimes were committed by "RWNJs". Look, it's understandable that you would want to continue gaslighting about the violence committed by LWNJs - how embarrassing to have to acknowledge that. But at this point, no one is buying the garbage you continue to serve up.

You mental midgets tried to assassinate Trump. TWICE.

F off.

At least one of those would be assassins was a right winger.

IMO both assassins were just mentally ill. I don’t think either was particularly driven by ideology.

What's crazy to me is that many on the left profess to be feminists and pro-LGBTQ yet they align themselves with middle Eastern countries that treat women and homosexuals like dogs - or worse.

DP. The PP is absolutely correct. And projection is the one thing the left is very, very good at.

Perfectly spoken from the person with no rebuttal. Too funny.

The gaslighting in a thread about gaslighting is top notch. Bravo.
