Hard disagree.

I'm 70, 5'1" and plump. Boxy coats suit me best. I get lots of compliments on my style.

Older women benefit from being able to afford expensive clothes. Younger women can make anything look good.

I think these two coats will not only be wasted on this person, but potentially look frump. Both of these coats you're ideally skinny, stylish (and tall is a plus). If you're a middle aged unstylish mom wearing 7 year old Jcrew Factory, these two coats are going to look dowdy on you, and no one is going to recognize that they are stylish expensive coats.
