How many days a week do your kids have sports?

Op if they just started doing soccer and track (assuming at the beginning of the school year), how do you even know it's an issue yet? It's been what, two, three weeks?

My 4th grader does 2 days a week of LL adjacent travel baseball. He also did 3 days of required rec league (5 days a week of baseball) last spring and it was wayyy too much. He is much less stressed since that ended. He has had a healthy weight gain through that. We do 2 dinners basically- one before practice and another afterwards.
