Stopping drugs doesn't make your jawline grow like that at age 30+. Just saying.... he def had plastic surgery, good plastic surgery. If I didn't see photos of him from before, I would think that's just what he looks like. He has an entirely different jaw/chin.

On the other hand, the ability to naturally conceive and carry a child in your 40s (without any fertility treatments whatsoever) is a good sign.

I think his face looks aged as a result of parenting stress, which is normal and nothing to get worked up over. Some people's faces age more dramatically when they become parents. Seems to be his case.
