It’s also a stepping stone. Trump is eager to find supportive “celebrities “. Caine is now getting more attention than he has had in years. This way he gets a signing bonus — and Trump’s attention. They’ll probably use him for ads and commercials. He also might actually want to be an ICE agent — and do what ICE agents do. If so, then maybe he’ll go beyond being a PR face for ICE and MAGA.

This does stand out, since I’m sure that Princeton has an alumni career office if he wanted a quieter job, so he’s definitely in this for attention.

I would love a FOIA request re: his salary/hiring bonus. I wouldn't put it past this Reality TV Administration to have gone out and actively recruited him as a backlash to this summer's "woke" Superman movie. Try to create a situation where everyone online is deciding whether they're Team Superman Is An Immigrant or Team Superman Would Commit Human Rights Abuses Against Immigrants, and nobody remembers the Epstein list.

Wow, this guy has a failed career. I looked up on IMDB his recent projects:

He's done a bunch of movies on 2024-2025 that I've never heard of, but even worse.. look at teh star ratings next to each. 2.6, 3.4, 2.1, 2.0.. out of 10. It's like he's done a huge number of really, really bad movies!

Why did I think he was gay? I don't mean that as an insult in any way – my kid is gay. But I legit thought Dean Cain had come out as gay and thought it was odd that he was MAGA.

Well he was shockingly handsome in his prime but Daniel Day Lewis he was not. Now that he looks like J.D. Vance's slightly less doughy cousin, I'm not surprised he isn't getting cast in great movies.
