Virginia doesn't have tornados, at least not real tornados.

As long as they are properly insulated with AC and a window per room, why not. It sounds like it would be fun.

The only problem I foresee is that when you have one all-purpose sink, you could have a roommate who leaves the sink full of dirty dishes and then you’re trying to wash your hands or face or brush your teeth at the same sink.

What’s this “allow”? It is what it is.
Part of growing up is learning to adapt. I’d help my kid embrace the experience.

Sure, but I don’t really like this trend. Shipping containers are designed with very particular strengths and weaknesses that mean that they are not ideal for conversions into homes. There are far better ways to use modular designs to make homes.

People share suite bathrooms with one sink (for up to 4 people) all the time. The slob learns quickly to clean up after themselves.
