SIL constantly causing conflict

OP. She has all of those things. She had a super rocky few years of being fired from various positions. She has what seems like pretty severe ADHD that has caused issues with work. But she is doing well in her current position. She fights with her spouse a ton, some yelling back and forth but mostly she just steamrolls him over every little thing.
