Closing costs

Buyers are still using agents in our day and age of Zillow and other online services where you can directly make appointments to view properties and create a list of open houses? I remember using a buyer agent during the days of MLS when listings were not publicly available online.

I thought it was common for sellers to pay the closing costs? The agent must have given me bad advice then.

Thankfully, on my own (with no help from agent), I decided to build the costs into the home price.
