Rehoboth—lunch delivery to beach?

I've only had this option at a beach when at high end resorts in other countries.....not in Rehoboth

Guess you can try Uber Eats or something

OP here! Came back to this post and wow! 🤯 I won’t defend or explain the post. Still hoping for a rec. Replies by haters and non-haters welcome—clearly this forum is helping some folks work out pent up frustration 🤣

Isn't there a brewery in Rehobith? I bet they deliver. But I'd get off the beach into some AC for lunch. Not sure how you'd mark where you want the delivery dropped so they find out

Myrtle Beach has been ghetto since the 90’s at least.

When I go to Rehoboth, I frequently run into friends or acquaintances from the DC area. These people are scientists, doctors, world bank employees, etc. I don’t think that kind of crowd would hang out at a “ghetto beach.”

The Bahamas are more of a redneck beach than Rehoboth, FYI.

It was the cheap beach my cheap ass NC classmates went to. Defines ghetto. That said, keep thinking that Rehoboth is ghetto and avoid it. Maybe the traffic will drop a bit.

Just walk over to Louie's or Green Man to bring the food back to the beach. Order in advance. Louie's is on Rehoboth Ave right by the beach. You can walk up in your bathing suit.

There are several places right on or near the boardwalk where you can walk a few yards to pick up your food. Grotto's for pizza & subs, Gus & Gus for gyros, Mason's for lobster rolls, and Semra's for Mediterranean.

Enjoy!

There’s so much food on the boardwalk; just leave one person to get the food and bring it back.

Greenman has some healthier options if that’s your jam.

Everything is relative. If you are used to beach service at St Bart's or something, the "doctors" and "world bank employees" at Rehoboth are at a ghetto beach.
