Has there been an administration as anti-business as this one?

Having read the msnMoney article that someone linked to, I think that the OP was referring to that article. It's not about taxes, it's about CEO suspicion/anxiety regarding the possibility of new regulations. I do see that uncertainty about the regulatory landscape can make it hard to plan. However, the regulations that have been implemented so far (on credit cards, on egg farming--which came in just after the salmonella outbreak began) were clearly needed.
