My Junior plans to attend NVCC and get an associates degree in Cyber or something IT related. He is AuDHD, so school is harder for him than for many kids and he burns out more easily. For him, having a 2-year goal rather than a 4-year goal makes college seem more doable. We'll see how it goes, but he absolutely isn't ready and doesn't want a 4-year college.

I'm glad that there are different paths available. If your DD isn't ready for a 4-year college, then they aren't ready. Just think about how much less pressure they will have this spring/summer/fall not having to worry about SATs and college apps.
