Everyone is way, way too busy doing prep and getting ready for opening for everyone to stop and sit down and have a meal together before work.

Aside from everyone in the kitchen being busy with prep work, the back of the house doesn’t want a whole bunch of dirty dishes coming in to wash and turn around right before opening.

Plus, what manager wants a staff of people who all just ate a meal and are now feeling full and lazy and slow?

Total fantasy/BS. No way in Hell that happens.
