Wow. How do the MAGAs continue to defend this incompetence? |
I am going to earnestly answer your question and then can you please answer mine? Pre-Biden it was the same process Step 1: Person arrives at a U.S. port of entry verbally declares to Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers that they fear returning to their home country and intend to seek asylum. Step 2: CBP officers conduct a preliminary interview to assess the reasons for fear. Step 3: If the initial screening finds concerns, the person is referred to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) for a Credible Fear Interview with an asylum officer. Step 4: If credible fear is found, the individual would usually be allowed to enter the U.S., have removal proceedings before an immigration judge and apply for asylum. They'd be assigned a court date to determine asylum. The CBP One app started to be used a couple years ago to actually schedule the appointments and make it more orderly. Now, my question: how can anyone be okay with people who followed each of those steps using the proper legal channels, have no criminal record, have a provable record of continuous employment , and were determined to have credible fear be sent to CECOT because of crown tattoos? Can you please talk about these people? |
We have zero evidence they've found a single gang member, much less a machete. We have credible evidence that rent-a-cops are writing up false reports and disappearing people to gulags to meet quota. I'll worry about the thing actually happening. |
