Well, it's allowed because DCPS allows it. MCPS does not.

Only the upper NW schools have enough donations to do it.

Yes, MCPS is amazing!! People are so lucky to work there especially these days compared to almost everyplace else.

Amazingly incompetent in the way that they purposely don't support and actively retaliate and blacklist great teachers who work dutifully and know their job. We know our job is to report data even if it is data that is not glowingly positive like when there is violence and chaos in the classroom that they want us to ignore.
