In state, period. No reason to pay more when you have a great school.

Why is anyone even asking this question. With college costs skyrocketing, if you live in a state with a good, or great flagship, choose that hands down every time.

+1 and I think Wisconsin is a great school for now but would be worried about the state of higher Ed in WI long term.
