| Outcomes at Maret were fantastic! |
That is great bc this year was really rough for everyone. |
No one cares. Move along. |
If you don’t have receipts, then it didn’t happen. Fan fiction. |
A Hopkins and Wesleyan too. The receipts are the bodies in the seats come fall! Your position is the equivalent of putting your fingers in your ears and going “blah blah blah.” |
Someone posted a question and people answered it. It’s a public forum, why do you think you should decide the rules on replying? |
| NCS is doing great. |

You folks are not mathematicians, so I will help you out.
When a high school's valedictorian gets accepted into every one of the Top 10 universities, the high school insta page lists those 10 universities as "acceptances," and folks are impressed that the high school sends students to Top 10 universities. These same fools are ignorant of the fact that student ranked 2 to 1,000 is going to NOVA because the high school doesn't post Nova or GMU acceptances. In reality, there isn't a SINGLE DMV high school with impressive outcomes (as opposed to decent insta marketing). Where is the Big3 /TJ median (and not top) student going? American, GWU. |
Have you looked at the insta? That’s not how it works at all. Each student is shown with their college of choice. You can’t tell which other colleges any student got into, if any. So even if one student got into all of HYPSM, only their final choice would be shown. |
No, it’s just that STA’s phantom college matriculations are of no interest here. Maybe someone else on The Close will care. While you’re there, please donate a few dollars to the National Cathedral. They still haven’t repaired the towers nearly 15 years after the earthquake. |
Fantastic? 🤔 Maret is doing ok. I expect more from a relatively easy school without grade deflation. |
The point is that the admissions are phantom only to those outside the community. Everyone inside the community knows who the boys are. The Class of 2025 is a great group of boys. So proud of the soon-to-be Tigers. It’s the highest number of Princeton admits in recent years and probably the highest among the Big 3. Princeton has the lowest admissions percentage of the HYPs. The National Cathedral serves a national function but gets no federal funding which is a shame. So many presidents, senators, and others who served their country have had their funerals there. The Epsicopal Church has not been aggressive about fundraising to repair the earthquake damage, in part because they do not want to take funds away from other smaller churches. That’s why it’s taking so long. Wonder why anyone would assume the burden should be solely on the parents of the Close. Anyone who cares about the mission of the Cathedral can support the reconstruction. Here’s the link: https://campaign.cathedral.org/donate/ |
That’s why you should keep STA’s college admissions within the STA community. That’s clearly what the school and students want. We want to give you the privacy you need and crave. 😊 Btw, you should send that donation link to your family or friends. Better yet, send it to the families of those dead “presidents, senators, and others who served their country.” Surely they want the National Cathedral restored to its full glory. |
No, people constantly ask about STA’s stats and how they compare to other schools. Those who are focused on sending their sons to Ivies especially want to know STA’s college admissions outcomes. STA protects individual students’ privacy and also discourages them from bragging on Instagram. |
No one on this thread has asked about STA’s college admissions—not one single person. That’s because no one cares. If I see any inquiries following this post, I’ll know it’s you. Lol at the notion that STA protects students’ privacy. STA’s specialty isn’t privacy…it’s cover-ups. You can also discuss that topic amongst yourselves. |
