This is the second time in the last couple of weeks that DCUM has been down for me. Each time, I checked down detectors, and they couldn't access either.

Its weird to me because this was my IP when on the cellular network. Why would an IP I'm assigned when on ATT's network be owned by Don Miquel Mexican Food? I looked on Apple/ATT to see how cell network IPs are assigned and it said "The IP address for a cellular connection is determined by your carrier, and will vary as you move around."

AND reddit has been down and throwing HTTP ERROR 429 codes since yesterday too. This is very strange.

Try turning off the iCloud private relay or using a different browser. Maybe the problem is with the cloud?

Don Miguel doesn't own that IP address. ATT owns the address and Don Miguel is probably an ATT Internet customer. You are supposed to register "large" delegated subnets, aka SWIP.

The last update was 2018-07-19 so I would wager the information is stale and the subnet has been reclaimed by ATT.

Probably the address of some registration agency, like a registered agent for brick and mortar businesses.

I was working on a reply that included the word Russia and as soon as I went to submit, I was blocked. Seems suspicious.

I could look into both of these issues if you were able to provide the IP addresses that were being used at the time. Many of the complaints in this thread, including yours, come from addresses used by Apple's iCloud Private Relay. I suspect that there may be a problem with Apple's cloud service.

I’m in Canada and this has been the same for me. Maybe over the past few weeks it’s gone in and out, but mostly out.
It seems to be working yesterday/ today though, so hopefully whatever Jeff did fixed it.
