Your meals for this week?

My tween loves naan bread. Tonight’s culinary fright is going to be Tuna melt on naan bread with raw veggies on the side.

sheet pan chicken sausage, crispy gnocchi, and veggies

salmon bowls (salmon, rice, edamame, cucumbers, avocado, siracha mayo, sesame seeds)

chicken wings and veggies grilled, probably stovetop mac n cheese

sweet potatoes
asparagus

turkey meatloaf
squash

lunches:
chicken salad
either on dave's thin sliced or in pita

maybe chicken bowl

haven't thought further than that

Chicken and steak fajitas on the grill (made double for leftovers)

Tortellini with sausage, spinach, and tomato

Chicken Picatta

Ground beef and broccoli stir fry

Antipasto salad
Stir fried veggies with tofu
Burrito bowls with brown rice
Roasted chickpeas and vegetables with shawarma seasoning over quinoa

All in the rice cooker: rice, red beans, jalapenos, canned corn, taco seasoning and salsa. I set a package of tortillas, bag of tortilla chips, sour cream and a block of cheese on the counter and told dh and ds they can be creative. Once I decided on this dinner plan, my evening immediately felt so free! (This is not a new idea in my house, but you know how it is when you don't feel like making dinner).
