Offers may be going out in a rolling basis. Starters may have offers already and existing players on the bubble won’t get an offer until later or when Coach feels they can’t find a better replacement. Doesn’t feel great for the players for sure.

Thankfully, the main goal isn't to make sure the players feel great. All of our kids are one "new kid moved into the area" away from losing their spot.
