Wouldn't necessarily stop me from going, but your daughter should be prepared to handle that.

This was my experience as well, traveling with friends when I was around OP's daughters age. Fine to go, but I found it very unpleasant and not like anything I had experienced in major US or Western European cities. It was a different level of sexual harassment.
