Do some people have heavy bones causing them to be heavier than others but not look it?

eating right makes strong bones, not getting fatter and fatter on 2 pizzas a day

In your world, what age does someone's bones stop growing?

What age do they start getting brittle?

Well to start, it seems to vary quite a bit between men and women.

You are one or the other though. If you weigh 200 lbs and your bone density is 20% higher, that's exactly 4 lbs.

A body shape like this at 200lbs does not look 200lbs.

Big Greek guy?
Samoan?

Huge % muscle in some types of males. They are very strong too. Without lifting.

Muscle will use up calories faster as well.

No, just a fat lady. The good news is I’m making slow progress to lose weight but I’ll always looks “big boned”.

Osteopetrosis is a rare disease with pretty devastating health effects. Someone who has that isn't walking around healthy. Bones that are too dense are also prone to breakage.

can't tell unless in a swimsuit but I'd guess dense, heavy muscle tissue. could be a good sprinter if she worked at it.

I cannot figure out how there could possibly be 200 pounds on that body

Yes, some people have heavier bones than others due to a number of factors, including genetics, ethnicity, diet, and exercise.
Factors that affect bone mass

Genetics: Ethnic and genetic factors can significantly impact bone mass.

Diet and exercise: Environmental factors like diet and exercise can also affect bone mass.

Bone density: Bone density is the concentration of minerals in bones. Denser bones can weigh more than less dense bones.

Bone size: Larger bones can add a few pounds to a person's weight, but they aren't usually a significant factor in overall body weight.

Bone disorders: Rare disorders like osteopetrosis can cause bones to grow abnormally dense, brittle, and misshapen.

Of course it’s a thing. Look at people’s wrist, finger, and shoulders. My friend and I are the same height and she has thicker fingers, bigger wrists, and broader shoulders.

Uhm, yes it very much does.

My feet are size 10 so yes they are heavier than size 8.

My wrist is much bigger than my friends, so yes they are heavier.

My hips, shoulder, fingers… yes they weight more.

Illona Mayer for scale has shoulders like mine.

Absolutely not. Where? I would easily have guessed she would be no more than 156-160.

I had a doctor shocked by my weight and then she said it must be bones and muscle. That was the second time a doctor has been shocked by my weight and tried to figure out why I weighed so much which is partly why I don't let many weigh me anymore. My other tests say I am healthy and I don't want to speculate with a doctor about whether I have heavy bones or just more muscle mass.
