Hidden gems in Eastern Europe....go!

Spis Castle, Levoca (medieval walled city), and Slovensky Raj (national park with good hiking and ice caves) in Slovakia (if that counts as Eastern Europe).
That would also be near the Tatra mountains if you want more hiking.

I agree with all of these. Also Gdansk as stated above. But Krakow/Zakopane would be my first stop.
