Dual Enrollment vs. AP ?

It is getting harder to teach DE through NVCC. They require a masters of your subject to teach the course, and most HS instructors have a BS in their field and a MA in education. Thus, we have pivoted a lot of our DE courses to be through Mason who is okay with the BS/MEd set up. I would be hesitant to say DE is easier/harder than AP. They're just different.

I thought you needed an MA w/ at least 18 hours in the content you are teaching, so you could have an MEd and an additional 18 graduate hours in your subject? Is this not the case? Currently exploring this.
