Everyone on this forum only focus on the girls side. Why is the helicopter parents more on the girls side?

Because there are less spots for boys soccer and half of that is international.

128 girls ECNL teams, 151 ECNL boys teams.

The poster right after you is correct. I meant for college soccer. For boys, unless you are on the top of a top team, your only option to play in college is going to a college you have never heard of before and would never go there otherwise.

Wrong. LO is one of the best coaches in the area.
