Did your child take two science classes HS jr and sr year?

DD is taking two as a junior and probably three as a senior, but only each year requires lab periods. Her school has eight periods and she will also be taking English/social science/math/FL each year.

DC took two Sophomore year, both honors. Not doubling up from here on out. Took in place of elective so didn’t sacrifice another core subject.

DS told me the norm is AP Physics and AP Chem or Bio junior year and then AP Physics 2 and AP Chem or Bio whatever you didn’t take junior year plus other science elective if you plan to major in science.
