The family wanted comfort food, so I spent my lunch hour prepping beef stew for the crockpot. It’s on now, and I’ll make mashed potatoes after I’m done working this afternoon.

There will probably also be much red wine consumed with it.

Peruvian chicken

I’ve decided not to drink. That’s unusual for me, lol.

I’m playing pickleball will be home at 9.

I generally go to bed early and will catch up on the news in the morning.

Instant Pot sag paneer, because my kids are off school, I'm unsuccessfully trying to work, and dinner needs to be easy comfort food. Maybe one drink if I go over to my neighbor's election night party/vigil, but alcohol won't be great for my mental state.

Next couple days, if I'm in a depression, the freezers full.

Chicken curry, roasted cauliflower, and a nice glass of white. I don’t usually drink on a weeknight, but I need it tonight.
