There is so much parity in the NWSL is laughable you made that the point to rest your Europhilia on. NWSL is far and away the best overall women's soccer league in the world. Can you quibble about specific teams like the Dash? Sure. But league wise the football quality is significantly better. You can take any of the playoff teams from the NWSL and pit them against the best teams you listed above and have a competitive match. Bayern and Roma would probably have a tough time against the Houston Dash tbh.
