Already did blondies.

These might be a good fit, pp:

Going to make my own cranberry "preserves" since cranberries are in the store now. I kind of went crazy and stacked up a bunch of bags to freeze. And will go back for more.

3 cups oats
1 1⁄2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup butter
1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
1 (10 ounce) jar preserves (apricot is tasty)

DIRECTIONS
combine all ingredients, except preserves.
reserve 1 cup mixture.
press remaining mixture into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
spread with preserves to 1/2 inch of pan.
Sprinkle with remaining mixture.
Bake at 400* for 25-30 minutes , until golden.

Good one
Just made something similar with apple homemade"preserves" (it's apples season), added some almond slices in reserved mixture. Yum

Baked bakery’s pumpkin bread
Sally’s baking addiction’s brown butter apple bars
Gajar halwa
Cinnamon crumb cake

I can’t stand this time of year but love all the warm spices!

I think I’m going to do a lemon poppyseed pound cake this week.

Going to make the peace cookies. I am not one for shaped cookies or chilling dough (and I have great results). Has anyone made drop cookies out of these?

This is op, I normally hate making this type of cookie but do follow the recipe. It is quick and simple, promise.

Just do a flavor you don’t normally do. Instead of banana bread make a cardamom bread or a pistachio loaf
