How would you rate the chocolate chip cookies at the Costco food court?

I used to LOVE the Costco churros from a few years ago. Sometime along the way, they changed the recipe and ruined them. They became weirdly dense in the middle instead of what had been sort of a flakier, more pastry-like consistency. Neither were anything close to an actual churro, but at least the old recipe was delicious.

I had to check the date and make sure I didn’t post this because the change in the Costco churro was a major issue for me.

I think the cookie is okay, not great. If we get one, we split is 2-3 ways. My 13 year old likes it. We both think the Wegmans chocolate chip cookie is way better. (But Costco way better than the giant cookies or even the Whole Foods cookies.).

On PPS suishi point — the Hawaii costcos have had great sushi for a long time. Yes. I am the person eating at the Costco food court on my vacation (eating like a local—haeaiins love Costco). I’d love it if we got such high quality sushi at our Costco but I don’t know that will happen.
