What’s funny is you just described every yoga pant wearing false eyelash lady I know. And pale is an insult? K. Being weirdly faux bronzed year round is also super cringe. Just embrace your lane, you’re jersey shore trashy. It’s fine. Bedazzle some tees and wear your plastic lashes with pride. Get your fills. Be you. |
| OP here. I need to clarify that I was born with my Swedish mother’s features — like blonde facial features no eyebrows and eyelashes — but I also have my Scottish father’s features — darker hair that I dye blonde, because I look Swedish — I am a clusterf$ck. I tan really easily. I am really dark in the summer. I like having some eyelashes, even if they are fake. |

Try using Latisse for a month or two, until your lashes are strong again, and then go back to extensions.
But typically if you are getting the classic look your lashes shouldn’t be damaged. The people who say they look ridiculous are pathetic and judgy. |
| I don’t have them but like them when done lightly and I live in a DCUM approved zip code … they do make a face look nice with minimal makeup |
| They can look really nice and natural when done well. I’m Asian, and a lot of my Asian girlfriends get them done. The ones who don’t have extensions wear falsies for special occasions. Fake eyelashes make a huge difference for Asian women! |

I’ll just chime in to say I’ve got friends with lash extensions that look great and look natural. I’ve never seen diy glue on strip lashes that look natural but they are more for a full face heavy makeup look.
Can’t wear this kind of thing myself but these lashes have come a long way and I think a lot of posters are likely not aware of how good they can look |
Sure, use Latisse if you want periorbital fat loss. |

Someone here recommended Lashify at some point but I couldn’t be bothered. OP may want to look into it.

No you can't. The more you spend, the better they look. |
I count my blessings that I've never needed these because I can't stand anything near my eyes. But I don't judge those who do, except Lady Gaga.
|
| My friend wore them at her daughters wedding- they were a natural dark brown and not too long - they looked great- she looks wonderful in all the pics. I'll consider them for very special occassions. |
Maybe me but I know there’s more of us on here … they’re great once you figure it out, not as expensive and can last two weeks before a refresh set. I also don’t lose any of my natural lashes in the process. I stopped regularly using them and now just do for girls trips and events which is good not to have the commitment |
| Can you swim in the ocean with lash extensions? |
