Yeah we walk to school. So not an issue.

Less a favorite and more "it was on sale at Target": a basic Graco high back booster.

BRW, Target's car seat trade is is 9/15-9/28. Bring in your old car seat to be recycled and get 20% off a new car seat, including boosters.

She can sit on a booster as long as the seatbelt could run across her shoulder/chest instead of her neck.

My 8 yo is 43" and 44lbs so yeah, they are still in a car seat...because I care more about my child's life than what other people might think. Anyone with a petite child understands this.
