| OP is weird. I’m not rich but a good friend of mine is extremely wealthy and she’s constantly considering if things are worth the money. Her degree of cheapness is eye rollingly annoying at times. Apparently her rich parents drilled that into her. Then she’ll buy extremely expensive clothing because it’s “sustainable”. |

Something went wrong here. There are plenty of things people buy that they would never buy again because it wasn't worth it - wasn't good, too much effort to go get it even if super cheap.
The rich people are the ones who calculate cost/benefit to them all the time. I went from poor to rich very fast, and this was one of the big changes I noticed. I have had gym membership previously at several places over the years. I just got a text from the new location opening in NW and I'm so not going. Not worth it for me. I don't even work anymore for money, but at this moment, not worth it to me. OP, I think you wanted to say something else. No rich lets some gym take their money. They'd rather give it to food bank. They also have people to make sure nothing so useless happens to their money no matter what the amount. |
