| I lost 7 pounds during our June cruise. |
| The one time I lost weight on a cruise was when I vowed to eat zero sugar and very little carbs. It worked! I avoided dessert like the plague. For breakfast I had eggs, fruit, smoked salmon. Zero pancakes, waffles, bread, French toast etc… For lunch and dinner, I would have salads, seafood, chicken, steak etc. but I avoided rice, pasta, bread, etc. |

I gained 5 lbs. I ate lots of fried foods and desserts. I’m not big on alcoholic beverages or sugar drinks but save my calories for dinner, dessert and snacks.
I also exercise in the morning and afternoon so I can eat. I’m on vacay. I definitely enjoy myself. |
