Can you stop the bouncing around on my screen with all the embedded ads?

I’m a NP, and the recent topics page does this all the time. It seems worse today. I had emailed you a video awhile back and it persists. On the upside I click a lot of ads because I go to click and it jumps and then I’m clicking an ad.

It's still terrible on recent topics and can be bad in any thread (including page 2 of this one).

This site uses another ad partner and many of the ads are placeholders. But I would be interested to see if the bouncing goes away.

It’s the worst on the Recent Topics thread and has gotten to the point where it’s nearly unscrollable some days. Then when you go back to the list, you’re at the top again. It’s definitely the embedded ads.

So I think it has fixed the issue with the bouncing and putting you back to where you were in the list when you back click but…

1. There is a recurring pop-up of ads after each click. I assume this is purposeful.

2. The first twenty or so topics are not interrupted by embedded ads but as you scroll down, I can see the placeholders. Wondering if once they get filled with content (especially videos) the glitches will return?

We have not optimized ads at all on that site. I don't want pop-ups and we would get rid of them before we deployed it. However, we are just testing that partner right now and have no plans to move into production.

Zero bouncing for me in recent topics on beta.

Please check the normal website now to see if it is bouncing around. The problem may have been fixed.

I keep getting ads that cover the right side of all posts on my iPad. Not a specific ad, it’s most of them.

I still occasionally get bouncy pages again, but i’m also still getting redirected to a blank or black page and then redirected back to your site. It last less than a second.

I’m barely here anymore. #audit is useless. I just leave threads and site because I lose my place every single visit. Ads continue to cover content. Full page scroll up ads reset the entire screen. I guess the trolls and bots keep the revenue flowing.
