I’d say don’t buy big breads. Maybe tenderloins.

Pounding breast’s will help -they’ll get thin.
Chicken Picatta.

Marinating should help too.

You need to buy chicken from a butcher shop or farmers market - not massed produced.

I have a really hard time with chicken - we eat it daily for diet reasons but the texture and smell both bother me. Shredded and ground both work better for me: I eat it plain or with a sauce over rice, or in a wrap, or made into meatballs or served in tacos. Mole sauce is a good option too.
