Parent of an ES kid and a new GS-14 (promoted to supervisory from 12/10). I would choose the 13. What the 15s are expected to do, time-wise, is not stuff people who like their families and kids do.
And KNOWN dysfunction? No thank you. I took a 33% pay cut to get out of that in the private sector—voluntarily. Take it for what you will. |
