The outgoing president is always somewhat forgotten about.


It's also beneficial to Harris to not be mentioned much. Remember he's unpopular. The more he's mentioned the more people remember him and the ties to Harris and might hurt her numbers.

It's also why it's beneficial to her to be vague about policy. Though when it comes to policy it's a double edged sword as she might be pushed into being critical which by some will be taken as being ungrateful.

Can Harris thread the needle on immigration and the Middle East if Biden is mentioned?

If Biden is truly incapable of continuing and the powers that be do not invoke the amendment to remove him from office for health reasons, will that failure fall on her? Why isn’t anyone talking about Biden and the ME situation that seems to be imploding.

All Republicans have to do is to remind voters that Kamala Harris was the border czar and for 3 1/2 years the border has been in crisis and this administration has done nothing to prevent the entry of millions of illegal aliens. Then, there is the whole scandal with the CHNV parole program with all the fraud that this administration was illegally operating..... that is another reminder of how bad she has been for immigration. And, having Walz as her #2 does not help with her immigration problems. You know... the whole "give the illegals a ladder" thing and the sanctuary state policy.

So, no - she cannot escape the deplorable record on immigration.

2. She has failed when it comes to Biden and his cognitive decline. We have known for months there were issues. But, she has repeatedly said he was fine, and sharp and that there was no problem. She was either (a) lying or (b) too clueless to recognize the decline. Either one is bad.

And, the ME is a dumpster fire thanks, in part, to Biden, et al.

The difference between your 1 and 2 vs mine is based on emotion and opinion vs fact.
1. Harris was never titled as Border Czar. MSM ran with that to everyone’s detriment. She was appointed to assess the inner workings of the border and report back. You conveniently glazed over the fact that republicans blocked a bipartisan bill that was written by your guys on the right— Lankford and Johnson, who both denigrated republicans in congress. You overlooked Biden’s EO. 2. As VP, her responsibility is loyalty to the president. Pence was loyal to Trump, until he wasn’t. Biden enacted reforms, protections, and infrastructure that will benefit you! And your party takes the credit. The fact that you’d wax poetic about this is laughable since your team has criminally backed a felon. That your people actually nominated him again despite being a rapist (fact). The GOP block your immigration plan bill because allowing 5000 illegal aliens in a day is not a border bill. That is allowing almost 2 million illegal immigrants in per year.
