Placenta abruption

They told me that they could go from my yelling/pressing the call button to baby out in 4 mins, if needed.

It wasn’t fun to be in the hospital, but at least I was safer.

Im so sorry you dealt with this too and it sounds recurring. Did they hospitalize you after the first bleed? How many did you have and at what week? If you don't mind sharing. Totally understand if the questions are too much.

I definitely felt safer in the hospital and wish they could have kept me until delivery. Also trying to trust they wouldn't have sent us home if they thought we weren't. First bleed 32 and 5 and not actively bleeding when I got to the hospital and they checked and then red/pink spotting for a day before it turned brown.

If you bled multi times what was the time frame between the first and second?

Baby was born at 27 weeks and is now a very healthy and developmentally normal 1 year old. I hope you do not need to deliver very early, but the odds are very great that your baby will be just fine if he comes now. Praying for you.

Thank you. We will take all the prayers. Can I ask if you know how far apart the partial and full abruption was? And how long they had to get to the hospital? Look at the 27 weeker thriving! That is encouraging to hear. We are 34 tomorrow and she's been passing her bpps this week so I'm hopeful but still so very cautious and nervous. I'm still checking for spotting every 1-2 hours to be sure.

Happened to me much earlier, and then 2 weeks later my water broke.
