I'm no bleeding heart, but I think using "refugees" here at a time when there are dire refugee crises happening around the world (West Bank, Afghanistan, Ukraine, Sudan) is a little tasteless. Maybe "Urban Baby Transplants"? transfers? exiles? emigres? Sorry, seeing "refugee" in this particular context made me wince.
