It’s reasonable to say no phones at meals/while eating/at restaurants, and put down the phone and make eye contact when someone talks to you/ you talk with them. No phones after 10pm.

But this is just a few days, so no need to go beyond that.

No, that is not reasonable. They are there alone? The may not feel extremely awkward and removing their phone will immediately set up a horrible dynamic and they will want to leave. Give them space, privacy and take them fun places.

Op, that they will want to leave ... worrying about that, why? Why are you abdicating the role of adult in your own home? You have a home. It runs a certain way. Give them enough time to themselves where they don't feel like they are being watched/judged and everything will be fine.
