Check with Alex McCoy first but going out on Grate Patrol looks to check all the boxes. http://www.saintpaulskstreet.org/st-pauls-grate-patrol/. DS does this, finds it very meaningful, and earns 4 service hours every weekend morning he goes out.

It's a two step process.

Sidwell buys a nursing home for low income people and kicks them all out.

Sidwell kids volunteer at a soup kitchen to help out the homeless.
